Terms of Service.
These terms cover your use of Scrollsy. Plain language on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask before you buy, not after.

1. Who we are
Scrollsy (“we”, “us”) is an independent analytics tool for short-form video creators, operated from India. Reaching us is always a@getscrollsy.com.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, ByteDance, Google, or any platform whose public data we read.
2. What the service does
You give us a public creator handle. We read that account’s recent public posts, measure each one against that same account’s own median performance, and produce a written diagnosis naming the recurring patterns that correlate with below-baseline reach. You may also upload retention screenshots and draft captions for analysis.
A diagnosis is a measurement and an interpretation, not a guarantee. We do not promise growth, views, reach, revenue, or any specific outcome. Platform algorithms are outside our control and change without notice. Nothing in the product is professional, financial, or legal advice.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the product. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed by someone else.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. One person or organisation per account.
4. What you may and may not do
You agree not to:
- Submit handles or content you have no right to analyse, or use the product to harass, impersonate, or surveil anyone.
- Resell, sublicense, or repackage Scrollsy output as your own product or service without our written permission.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or plan gating — including by opening multiple accounts to obtain extra free usage.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the product outside features we deliberately expose.
- Upload malicious files, or anything unlawful, through the screenshot or draft inputs.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not deliberate or harmful, we will normally warn you first.
5. Plans, billing and quotas
Current prices are listed on the pricing section of our homepage. Today that is a $5 Trial Pass (14 days, one-time, never renews) and monthly plans at $15, $25 and $40.
- Payments are processed by DodoPayments, which acts as merchant of record. Your card details are handled by them and never reach our servers.
- Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. The Trial Pass does not renew — it simply expires.
- Prices are shown in USD. Your bank or DodoPayments may convert to local currency and add applicable tax; the amount charged may therefore differ from the USD figure.
- Each plan includes monthly usage allowances (diagnoses, checks, decodes, scripts). Reaching an allowance pauses that feature until the next cycle or an upgrade — it does not incur overage charges.
- We may change prices or allowances. Changes apply from your next billing cycle, and we will give notice by email before they take effect.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We offer a 10-day refund window — the full conditions are on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Your content and our output
You keep ownership of what you upload — screenshots, drafts, and the account data we ingest on your instruction. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store, process, and analyse that material in order to produce your results.
Diagnoses, protocols and scripts generated for you are yours to use, including commercially. We may compute anonymised, aggregated statistics across accounts to improve the product; these never identify you or your account.
The software, interface, wording and methodology of Scrollsy remain ours.
8. Third parties and availability
The product depends on outside services — scraping infrastructure, AI models, hosting and payments (listed in our Privacy Policy). If a platform changes its data access or a provider has an outage, parts of Scrollsy may degrade or stop working.
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or retire features. Where a change materially reduces what you are paying for, contact us and we will make it right.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost reach, lost revenue, or lost profit arising from your use of it or from decisions you make based on its output.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product before they take effect, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use Scrollsy after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
